Robert Hennessey - Owner, President & CEO - Robert has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality renovation industry. For years Robert was the on-site project manager for many of HSI's large scale projects and still oversees many specialty projects. Currently he is in charge of new business development and oversees all purchasing and delivery as well as value engineering of designer spec'd items for cost savings and quality control.  His experience and expertise insure the highest quality product will be the end result of each renovation.

Joseph Hennessey - Owner, CFO & CGC - Joseph is a Certified General Contractor with over 25 years of experience in renovation and construction who currently holds licenses in Florida, California and Arizona. He has worked extensively throughout the US in both home building and hotel renovation. In addition to his construction and renovation responsibilities, Joseph oversees all client proposals, contracts, scheduling, subcontractors, and operations for Hotel Services, Inc. His attention to detail combined with his comprehensive mastery of the individual components of hotel renovation makes him invaluable to each project.
